This class needs no experience. The class will have a significant focus on techniques, as well as a great workout that will make you sweat-drenched. Higher-level participants may apply their technique in the sparring class, and you'll get to focus on every element of boxing. This class will concentrate on particular attacks, pacing, combinations, defensive moves, footwork, and an unparalleled conditioning level.
